1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Central Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all modules. No payment information is required during the trial period. After the trial expires, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the Platform.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Upload malicious code or content.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Central Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
